On-line or on-site? With 97 percent of U.S. and 84 percent of the global office workforce stationed at home, Zoom is an essential platform for serving our clients worldwide. Although on-site coaching remains the gold standard for education of any kind, and while a few clients are slowly returning to their office locations, WPNT Ltd. has successfully supported clients on-line across our course offerings. A few highlights from 2Q and looking into 3Q 2020 are below:
From rapid cloud adoption to legacy modernization and massive staff reskilling, CIOs are confronting a perfect storm, all of this with employees working from home. A thought leader at this digital professional services firm underwent WPNT Ltd.’s Executive Media Training for the Content Expert. It’s part of an effort to reach CIOs by leveraging interviews with innovation podcasts and leading business publications. The on-site program was conducted in Chicago.
On-line rehearsals are underway for the summer MBA interns of this science & technology company. With projects as diverse as expanding a sustainable product portfolio to repurposing product lines, rehearsals have focused on strategy and drilling Q & A for the teams’ virtual midterm reports.
At that same client, half a dozen leaders of the commercial and marketing division will undergo Executive Communications Coaching to gain greater competitive advantage with customers.
In partnership with Stanford University Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurial Studies Program, WPNT Ltd. has begun 1:1 communication coaching engagements with venture capital and private equity firms headquartered in California and Asia. The coaching is customized for senior analysts to principals, each seeking individualized improvement. The engagements are conduct on-line over 90 days.
Business unit leaders, digital commerce and R&D chiefs were part of three days of Executive Communications T-Coaching for this global medical device maker. During the on-line sessions, some participants prepared for pending presentations to C-suite leaders at the company.
