A trio of leaders from this energy sector company participated in WPNT Ltd. Stakeholder Communications Coaching. Over the two days, the participants representing legal, government affairs and communications conducted exercises and dozens of interviews on changing topics, mediums and audiences. A multi-development crisis scenario featured cyber breaches, social media threats and environmental justice protestors. WPNT Ltd. has supported this Philadelphia-based client for more than a decade.
Senior leaders of IT, EHS and quality at this longstanding WPNT Ltd. medical device client took part in an Executive Communications Coaching program near Chicago. Exercises focused on customer interactions, report-outs to leadership, and industry conferences with healthcare professionals.
Managing directors of communications for Latin America and Europe/Middle East/Africa/India participated in Executive Media Training & Crisis Communications Readiness. The private programs included a multi-development scenario. The two leaders will serve as the face of this global transportation company in the event of a crisis in their respective regions. Also, veteran communicators at the same company underwent a full-day Communications Clinic to sharpen their skills and bring current their messaging techniques.
